What Is a Modular Prefabricated Home?
A modular home is built in sections (modules or panels) in a factory, not directly on your land.
Instead of constructing everything on-site, we manufacture most of the house in controlled conditions — including walls, structure, insulation, and key installations — and then transport it to your plot for fast assembly.
Step-by-Step Process
-
We start by understanding your needs — size, layout, style, and budget.
You can choose from existing concepts or create a fully bespoke design. At this stage, we also discuss your plot and technical requirements.
-
We prepare detailed drawings and specifications, ensuring the home meets UK requirements for structure, insulation, and year-round use.
We also plan logistics such as delivery access and crane positioning.
-
Your home is built in a specialised facility in Poland under strict quality control.
Key elements are completed before delivery:
walls fully prefabricated with insulation and membranes
windows and doors installed
electrical routes, sockets, and service channels prepared
structural boards and external layers completed
optional façade finishes applied
This means your home arrives largely complete.
-
The finished modules or panels are transported safely to the UK using specialist vehicles.
Before delivery, we confirm that access to your site is suitable for transport and crane installation.
-
If agreed, we prepare your plot before delivery:
groundworks
foundation or slab
service points (water, electricity, drainage) ready for connection
This ensures a smooth and efficient installation.
-
The home is installed using a crane and assembled quickly on your plot.
Because the structure is already prefabricated:
the main structure can be positioned in a very short time
installation is clean and organised
disruption on site is minimal
-
After installation, we complete:
connection to utilities
internal finishing (if included)
final checks and preparation for use
Your home is then ready to move into or use.
