THE CONSTRUCTION BEGINS WITH A GALVANIZED STEEL BASE, TOPPED WITH A SOLID WOODEN FRAMEWORK TO ENSURE A STABLE AND LONG-LASTING STRUCTURE.
EVERY HOME IS THERMALLY INSULATED USING MINERAL WOOL—15 CM IN THE ROOF, 10 CM UNDER THE FLOOR, AND 5 CM IN THE WALLS. THE WALLS ARE FURTHER ENHANCED WITH AN ADDITIONAL 1.5 CM OF STYROFOAM FOR IMPROVED ENERGY EFFICIENCY. OPTIONAL FLOOR INSULATION FOR PLUMBING IS ALSO AVAILABLE TO HELP PREVENT FREEZING DURING COLDER MONTHS.
