EACH UNIT IS BUILT ON A DURABLE GALVANIZED STEEL CHASSIS, TOPPED WITH A SOLID TIMBER FRAME FOR STRENGTH AND STABILITY.
FOR YEAR-ROUND COMFORT, THE HOMES ARE INSULATED WITH MINERAL WOOL: 15 CM IN THE ROOF, 10 CM BENEATH THE FLOOR, AND 5 CM IN THE WALLS. THE WALLS ALSO FEATURE AN ADDITIONAL 1.5 CM STYROFOAM LAYER FOR ENHANCED THERMAL PERFORMANCE. OPTIONAL UNDERFLOOR PIPE INSULATION IS AVAILABLE TO PREVENT FREEZING IN COLDER CLIMATES.
