CONSTRUCTION BEGINS WITH A ROBUST WOODEN FRAME MOUNTED ON A GALVANIZED STEEL BASE, ENSURING STABILITY AND MOBILITY.
EACH HOME IS CAREFULLY INSULATED WITH MINERAL WOOL: 15 CM IN THE ROOF, 10 CM UNDER THE FLOOR, AND 5 CM IN THE WALLS. AN ADDITIONAL 1.5 CM LAYER OF STYROFOAM IN THE WALLS ENHANCES THERMAL EFFICIENCY. OPTIONAL UNDERFLOOR PIPE INSULATION IS ALSO AVAILABLE TO SAFEGUARD PLUMBING SYSTEMS FROM FREEZING.
