Construction & Quality

    For mobile units, we use a steel chassis base with a timber structure above.


  • Yes. All homes are manufactured in line with British Standards and designed for the UK market.

  • Yes. Our holiday homes are designed to meet NCC (National Caravan Council) standards where applicable.

  • Yes. Our homes are built with proper insulation and construction systems, making them suitable for all-season use (depending on specification).

Production & Capacity

  • We can produce over 2,500 homes per year, with the ability to scale production further for larger projects.

  • All homes are produced in a controlled factory environment in Europe (Poland).

Delivery & Installation

  • Yes. Transport from Poland to the UK is included in our standard offering.

  • We include:

    • Delivery

    • Crane offloading and positioning

    • Utility connection (water and electricity)

    • Final inspection and commissioning

  • No. Ground preparation, service connections to plot, and external works are not included in the base price.
    These can be delivered through our partner company EBO Paving & Groundworks.

Warranty & Service

    • Holiday homes: 2-year warranty

    • Residential homes: 10-year structural warranty

  • Yes. Annual servicing is included for holiday homes.
