    • Dutch Mobile Homes: built on a steel chassis base (floor frame) for mobility, with a full timber frame structure above

  • All homes are manufactured in line with British Standards and are designed to meet the requirements of the UK holiday and residential park market.

    Our units will be certified under NCC (National Caravan Council) standards, ensuring compliance, safety, and acceptance across caravan parks and holiday resorts.

    Not included (optional services):

    • Groundworks and base preparation

    • Service connections brought to plot location

    • External finishing works around the home (paths, decking, landscaping)

    These works can be delivered separately through our partner company, EBO Paving & Groundworks, providing a complete turnkey solution if required.

  • We manage the full delivery process:

    • Transport logistics from factory to your park

    • Crane placement on prepared base

    • Final testing, checks, and handover

    • 10% – on order confirmation

    • 40% – before production begins

    • 40% – before dispatch from Poland

    • 10% – after installation and handover
